With a dynamic career that spans continents and a wide range of roles, Sebastian brings deep-rooted experience and passion to the hospitality industry. He began his journey as a prep cook and steadily advanced through every back-of-house and front-of-house position, gaining a holistic understanding of hotel and restaurant operations. Over the years, Sebastian held progressive leadership roles—including Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Senior Event Operations Manager, and ultimately, General Manager.

His career has taken him to renowned Marriott properties such as W Barcelona, Le Meridien Barcelona, and the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Since relocating to Chicago a year ago, Sebastian has continued to follow his passion for hospitality, which remains his guiding force. He is driven by a commitment to create exceptional experiences for both guests and his team, and takes pride in shaping environments where service excellence thrives.
